The origin of Chinese culture is associated with Helo, the Yellow River, and Lo River. Tea cultivation began in China's Fukien province in 1800, and after generations of cultivation and improvement, Taiwanese tea has gained global recognition. The Min-nan dialect spoken by most Taiwanese is called Helo, reflecting their acknowledgment of ancestral roots from the Yellow River and Lo River region. According to legend, ancient people created the most brilliant Chinese culture at the convergence of the two rivers. This led to the origin of Yi and the beginning of Chinese rituals, astrology, medicine, feng shui, and divination by the Eight Trigrams.
