How to refund?
1. Credit card refund:
The bank will return the money directly to your credit card account. The correct refund time is based on your card settlement date. If you refund before your settlement date, you will receive your money next month. If you refund after your billing date, you'll receive your payment on the following month. This process is directly handled by the bank. Occasionally, the refund time may be delayed due to non-merchant factors. Please forgive me!

2. Remittance refund:
If due to personal factors, the company will complete the refund within 3 working days after receiving the product after confirmation and appraisal. Only the price of the product itself will be refunded, and the transfer fee of 15 NT dollars will be deducted. If the product is returned due to product defects or errors, the company will bear all costs and refund the total amount of the order including round-trip shipping.
What is the appreciation period and return method for online shopping products?
The seven-day appreciation period starts from the day after you receive the product or collect it and ends on the seventh day. You can return or exchange the product during the appreciation period, but the hesitation period is not a trial period. The returned products must be in brand-new condition and fully packaged. Otherwise, the returns will not be accepted.

The product to be returned or exchanged must be brand new and fully packaged. Please maintain the integrity of the product (including the main product, inner and outer packaging, and accompanying documents). If there are gifts and accessories, please return them together. After we receive the product, we will conduct an internal inspection and integrity check. After completing the product inspection and confirming it is safe, we will refund you according to your original payment method.

Please note if there are any of the following circumstances, we will not accept returns and exchanges.
Customized and special products, more than 7 days appreciation period, missing parts, product damage, scratches, dirt, product incomplete, invoices, the packaging is not neat, and boxes are damaged, etc.
