What is the appreciation period and return method for online shopping products?The seven-day appreciation period starts from the day after you receive the product or collect it and ends on the seventh day. You can return or exchange the product during the appreciation period, but the hesitation period is not a trial period. The returned products must be in brand-new condition and fully packaged. Otherwise, the returns will not be accepted.
The product to be returned or exchanged must be brand new and fully packaged. Please maintain the integrity of the product (including the main product, inner and outer packaging, and accompanying documents). If there are gifts and accessories, please return them together. After we receive the product, we will conduct an internal inspection and integrity check. After completing the product inspection and confirming it is safe, we will refund you according to your original payment method.
